The inspection and maintenance of the air bag must be carried out by the full-time maintenance personnel in strict accordance with the operating procedures specified by the manufacturer after carefully reading the manual attached to the vehicle. The personnel shall not disassemble and repair the air bag without permission, so as to avoid damage to the parts or danger.

3、將點火開關轉到OFF（或LOCK）位置，并將蓄電池負極端子電纜拆下90秒（有的車型為60秒）以上，然后再開始檢修工作。因為氣囊一般都配有備用電源，如果從蓄電池上拆下負極電纜后不到90秒（或60秒）就開始進行維修，氣囊仍有可能充氣張開。

3. Turn the ignition switch to the off (or lock) position, remove the negative terminal cable of the battery for more than 90 seconds (60 seconds for some models), and then start the maintenance work. Because the air bag is generally equipped with a standby power supply, if the maintenance is started less than 90 seconds (or 60 seconds) after the negative cable is removed from the battery, the air bag may still inflate and open.

4、當負極端子從蓄電池上脫開時，時鐘和音響系統的存儲內容都將消失。所以，在開始工作前，應將各存儲系統的存儲內容作好記錄，在工作結束以后，對音響系統重新設置。

4. When the negative terminal is disconnected from the battery, the contents stored in the clock and audio system will disappear. Therefore, before starting the work, the storage contents of each storage system should be recorded, and after the work, the audio system should be reset.

5、如果發生輕微的碰撞，即使氣囊并沒有張開，也應仔細檢查氣囊、傳感器、帶收緊器、控制電腦以及電纜、插頭等。
